The amendment to the "ITU Senate Principles Regulation" article about the courses to be taken by the Ph.D. students is as follows:

ARTICLE 53: Among the total course credits required to be taken during the student's Ph.D. / Proficiency in art education:
(Changed: University Senate 11/09/2019 - 710) 
a) at least 50% of it must be from courses offered by the enrolled graduate program.
b) at least 30% of it must be from courses offered in English.
c) Students accepted to the Ph.D. / Proficiency in Arts program with a bachelor's degree should choose courses among compulsory courses list of the relevant master's degree program to make sure that at least 25% of their total credit load is from those compulsory courses.
